As an only child born and raised in the restaurant business, Natasha sees business as a personal affair. Starting her career with a stepping stool and a rolling pin, she learned early on that success is the combination of hard work and dedication. After obtaining a business degree from Saint Louis University, she honed her management and hospitality skills running restaurants in New York City. Natasha has taken over general management and strives to implement fresh ideas and innovative trends to make the 30th anniversary the most appetizing year yet.
Hamishe was born in Northern Iran as the daughter of a rice farmer but worked as a nurse until she immigrated to the United States in 1976. Growing up as the care-taker of her 8 siblings, her dedication to helping others is continually demonstrated in her service to her community, patrons and employee family. Café Natasha’s success can be attributed to her benevolent management style and genuine hospitality.
Behshid was born and raised in Iran’s capitol, Tehran. The oldest of 5 children, Behshid and his family immigrated to the United States throughout the 1970’s. He moved to New York in 1972 to fulfill a Masters in Geology, transferring to St. Louis in 1980 to work as a Geologist. Behshid is the creative mastermind behind the distinctive flavors found at Café Natasha with an innate talent to recall and replicate tastes. His experimental nature and passion for food is the force behind Café Natasha’s evolution.
